TSW Cycles was established by two cyclists in May 2002. We had previously dealt ex-factory and new bikes privately for a number of years. This was on a very small scale, bikes for friends and us at really low prices.

We were offered the opportunity to take all Giant ex-factory bikes (ex-factory is Giant's term for seconds, usually bikes that have failed quality testing due to slight scratches or other minor defects) on a commercial scale. Due to their nature, the ex-factory cycles aren't covered by a manufacturers warranty.

We now have a thriving shop in Woodborough, Nottingham, not far from Sherwood Forest with its many great cycling trails. The shop has a continuous supply of about a 100 different Giant models (new and ex-factory) ranging from children's bikes through top class cross country and down hill mountain bikes to road racers. We are also now dealers for both Felt and Dawes bicycles and are proud to the area's only Felt Equilink Test Centre.
